返金条件

以下の場合、全額返金いたします。

ご依頼後7日以内にルートノートが届かない場合
ご希望に沿った航路提案ができないと判断された場合
サービス内容に重大な不備があった場合

キャンセル方法

キャンセルをご希望の場合は、以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

メール：tanawa.masaharu@michinosato.com

メールの件名に「キャンセル申請」と記載し、お名前、ご依頼日、メールアドレスを本文にご記入ください。

返金までの期間

キャンセル申請を受け付けてから、14営業日以内にご指定の口座へ返金いたします。振込手数料は当サービスが負担いたします。

返品・交換について

当サービスはデジタルコンテンツ（メールおよびPDFテキスト）の提供となるため、物理的な返品はありません。内容に不備があった場合は、上記の返金条件に基づき対応いたします。

Refund Conditions

Full refunds will be issued in the following cases:

If the Route Note is not delivered within 7 days of request
If we determine that we cannot propose a route matching your preferences
If there is a significant defect in the service content

How to Cancel

To request cancellation, please contact us at:

Please include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line, and your name, request date, and email address in the body.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed to your designated account within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Transfer fees will be covered by the Service.

Returns and Exchanges

As the Service provides digital content (email and PDF text), there are no physical returns. If there are defects in the content, we will respond according to the refund conditions above.
